Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the kis999 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

kis999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

kis999 services may only be accessed by individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Registering using accurate and current personal information.

Each user is only permitted one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all related accounts being blocked.

kis999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including submission of a MyKad copy or other valid identification document. Withdrawal processing is subject to the completion of this verification process.

User Responsibilities and Account Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This includes:

• Keeping passwords confidential and not sharing login information with any other party.
• Ensuring account access is carried out through a secure and trusted device.
• Reporting any unauthorised access to customer support immediately.
• Updating relevant personal information on the account when changes occur.

kis999 will not be held responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account. Users are advised to use a strong password and change it regularly.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the kis999 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet verified in the name of the registered user. kis999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

In certain situations, management reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving a withdrawal. This includes anti-fraud checks and compliance with anti-money laundering policy. User cooperation in this process is mandatory.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by kis999 are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,000: When you make your first deposit, a matching bonus will be credited to your account. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 to be met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Attempts to abuse promotions through multiple accounts or unauthorised methods may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The kis999 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to active members across three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%) and Gold (up to 1.2%). VIP tier progression depends on ongoing game activity and user loyalty.

Game Rules and Prohibitions

All games on the kis999 platform are operated using independently verified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and transparency. Users agree to:

• Not use any automation software, bots or third-party tools to play games.
• Not exploit any technical vulnerabilities or system bugs. Any vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to management immediately.
• Not engage in any form of cheating, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Accept that RNG outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.

Users may also close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned after the review process is complete.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, kis999 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from the user's betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Any changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in the user's region.

The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty. Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they bet at their own choice and risk.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed under the international licensing framework under which kis999 operates. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through the following process:

• Second stage: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the user may submit a formal written complaint to management.
• Third stage: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the relevant licence.
